Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended — (a) in subclause (1) – (i) in the definition of the term “collector” by deleting paragraph (b); (ii) by inserting the following new definition in its proper alphabetical sequence— “institutional housing” means housing that is adequate and affordable for public institutions such as universities, colleges, police, defence forces, government pool housing and prisons; (b) in subclause (2) − (i) in paragraph (a) by deleting the words “between eighteen and thirty” appearing immediately after the words “plinth area of” and substituting therefor the words “at least eighteen”; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
