    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I wish to second this Motion and say that this is a great day for Kenya. Studies have shown that by the year 2050, 65 per cent of the population of Kenyans will live in urban areas. What this Bill seeks to cure is another Kibra going into the future. Those who were not in the House and those who opposed this Bill are the ones who have benefited from exploiting Kenyans who live in slums as voting machines."
