    "content": "The other issue was entrenchment of funds into the Constitution. We have been in and out of courts many times on the legality of the NG-CDF and NGAAF. If we want to move out of frequent chaos, we must entrench these Funds in the Constitution. Every time, governors are used by people who have vested interests in this matter. We should put it to rest by entrenching the NG-CDF, NGAAF and the Senate Oversight Fund in the Constitution. If we do this, we will make progress on this matter."
