    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to add my thoughts to this Motion. I thank the Members who were dealing with this matter at the Bomas of Kenya, especially the Leader of the Majority Party and the acting Leader of the Opposition, Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka. I am one of the few Kenyans who wish that in every election, there is transparency and conclusive determination of who wins the election. That can only be done through a free and fair election. We have had this committee conducting this activity because in every election, there has always been a serious contest. These are some issues we must put to rest.
