    "content": "not only about representation in Parliament; it is representation in the State's recruitment and other things. Devolution has also been put in place to ensure we devolve services. Why would we centralise the recruitment for all the 17 constituencies to happen at Nyayo Stadium? People will have to come all the way from Mathare and Dagoretti. This issue must be looked into so that the young people of Nairobi are given their fair share of recruitment. Thank you."
