On 18th of this month, which was last Sunday, His Excellency President William Ruto led a high-level delegation at a breakfast meeting in Addis Ababa on sustainable vaccine manufacturing through end-to-end vaccine research and development projects in Africa. In the meeting, issues about vaccine especially in support of the Institute of Vaccine Initiative were high on the agenda. This will culminate, probably, I think, in the next one or two weeks, in the establishment of the headquarters for the African region in Nairobi.
