    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. As I support this Report, it is important to note that this Audit Report is for the 2020/2021 Financial Year. This Report vindicates those Kenyans who disagreed with those who were running the previous Government in August 2022. The Report paints a picture of how the public affairs were managed by the previous administration. It points out poor accounting and the general incapacity of the accounting units, which was the order of the day within the entire Government. As a leader of government, you must ensure that things are running properly.
