I must admit that this Committee has attempted to handle the difficult task conclusively in some areas, and they could do better in some of the issues that were raised. Nonetheless, the job is worth commending. I commend the Standing Committee on Energy, led by Sen. Wamatinga, and the entire team that worked on this Report.
