Senators, as the Cabinet Secretary settles in - that is housekeeping - you are aware according to our Standing Orders that the Senator who asks the Question has an opportunity to ask two supplementary questions after the Cabinet Secretary has responded to the primary Question. The Senator may elect to ask the Questions immediately the Cabinet Secretary responds to the primary Question, or she or he may elect to allow other Senators to ask one supplementary question each and thereafter come last to ask the two supplementary questions.
