    "content": " Thank you, Senate Majority Leader, for that Question. Hon. Speaker, we all know that 80 per cent of our country is either arid or semi- arid. Accessibility to water is about 72 per cent. I want to report here that, at least each Kenyan, has accessibility to water within a range of two kilometers. For areas that need to have water closer to the citizen, I can assure this House that as a Ministry, we are mapping out those areas. With the little funds that we get, we are making sure that every Kenyan gets access to clean water as enshrined in our Constitution. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
