    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I agree with the Senator that a larger part of Meru and Tharaka-Nithi counties have a problem with water. The mitigations we are doing currently as we wait for the big dams is water pans. I inform this august House that by next week, we will be advertising for boreholes construction. We are mitigating by constructing water pans and boreholes. The little money that we get, we can come up with those as we wait for the bigger dams that will serve larger areas.
