    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I visited Thwake Dam but I missed Sen. Maanzo. I thought he was going to be there. That time I was there, the progress of the Dam was at 89 percent. The contractor requested that we add more time and we added three months. Therefore, we are hopeful because that is the agreement that by the end of May, the Dam will be done. We have the other components of power and irrigation but immediately after this, we will start the process of getting investors who will partner with us so as to complete those two components."
