    "content": "My supplementary question is, since those were going to be implemented through the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, what progress has been made so far in securing and protecting farmers from these predatory cartels? As I said, we are getting crops out of our farms now and the Cabinet Secretary knows that, yours faithfully, has also tried a hand in farming. We have been seriously invaded by these cartels. What protection are we getting from the Government? What is the Government doing to ensure that farmers do not continue to suffer at the hands of these cartels?"
