    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, mine is to find out from the Cabinet Secretary: November to January, we, the dairy farmers, are paid late by Kenya Co- operative Creameries (KCC). There is an assurance from the President that we will be paid twice beginning this March. I would like to know if the Cabinet Secretary can assure this House that our farmers will be paid every 15 days. What plans does he have to ensure we get feeds for dairy at subsidized price across the country?"
