    "content": "Water projects should be expanded to match with population growth. I will give you an example. The water taps and systems in Mombasa used to serve a population of 250,000 people. Today, the population of Mombasa is over 1 million. Maybe, it is 1.2 or 1.3 million. This is the case and yet we have the same water taps and water systems. This is why water does not flow in those taps. Something should be done."
