    "content": "The amendment to the Employment Act No.11 of 2007 is proper because the National Intelligence Service (NIS) should be among the other Government’s security organs. The NIS deals with issues which do not need to go through the Public Service Commission (PSC). This is well because NIS deals with sensitive matters relating to the country’s security."
