    "content": "When we go to the next Act being amended, the Trustees Perpetual Succession Act (Cap 164), the amendment might look routine by only dealing with the change of the phrase “Pension Fund” and “principal”. However, the various schedules attached to be amended could be substantial. The fees being initiated here could be substantial. That is why I have argued why not just bring the Bill and subject it to public participation on its own instead of such amendments? That is so that those who have personal interests and practitioners in the field can give proper input. As it is with those kinds of amendments, the substance of the matter is going to be changed. Again, I would have to amend it so that we delete this. Let us go for substantive amendments because there are so many things that have moved on.
