    "content": " Thank you Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this chance to share some insights with hon. Members. Allow me from the onset, to support this Vote of the Ministry. Allow me also to take hon. Members through the Republic of Kenya. I believe Kenya is a great county with great people and great resources. There is nothing that we lack in this country. The only thing we lack is management. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, in my previous discipline, I managed to traverse the whole of this country. Allow me to take you through a tour of this country so that you can have a clear picture of what resources we have. Looking at extreme north in the Mandera area, we have River Dawa. It runs along the common border with Somalia. From there, as you come towards Garissa, there are quite a number of seasonal rivers that during rainy season cut across roads, rendering roads from Garissa all the way to Mandera impassable. From Mandera to Moyale and Turkana, it is the same story."
