    "content": "One other thing that has not been mentioned is the issue of organisations or companies employing people on casual basis. There are people who have worked as casual workers for as many as 10, 5 and 7 years. The law is clear that you cannot work as a casual worker for more than three months. You have to be confirmed or discontinued. This goes on in many organisations. It has to be looked into because these people are being exploited. They are paid very meagre wages. They are misused because of their vulnerabilities."
