    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am saying this because yesterday, her Cabinet colleague, Mrs. Mugo, while responding to my request for a Ministerial Statement on the outbreak of polio confirmed that the reason why seven cases of polio have been reported in northern Kenya, particularly in Turkana, is because of lack of drinking water. I also want the Minister of State for Special Programmes to know this, because unless there is a collaborative effort between her, the Minister for Water and Irrigation and Minister for Public Health and Sanitation, Turkanas will continue to suffer from diseases the whole country has declared non-existent.
