    "content": "Mechanical Engineering courses have been really affected because we do not have factories to engage them even for attachment. Cotton is one of the crops that will help us solve this problem. As we talk about legislation which would establish a Board that is going to manage cotton growing in this country, we must first of all ask ourselves questions. Why did cotton growing stop in this country? My constituency is lucky to be housing one of the oldest cotton ginneries in this country – Nambale Cotton Ginnery."
