    "content": "(2) outline any protocols implemented by the Ministry of Education to address the safety and health risks associated with overcrowding at the said school; (3) state what the Government has done to step up the construction of classrooms and other essential infrastructure such as boarding and sanitation facilities to match the increasing number of learners in public schools, particularly, in urban areas; (4) explain measures put in place by the Government to mitigate against over enrollment of learners to public schools which strains existing facilities and exposes learners to safety and health risks; and, (5) highlight other measures put in place to ensure strict enforcement of the Ministry of Education’s safety and health guidelines in all schools.
