    "content": "governors who have become rogue against people in the journalistic world. This is something that, as a Senate, we must not only condemn, but also find ways of punishing to send a message to potential governors who--- Somebody like Sen. Cherarkey says that he has got a tactic of dealing with the current governors who are doing this kind of things. I wonder if Sen. Cherarkey will use the same tactics to affect those journalists when he becomes a Governor. It should be a deterrent that we put for not only the governors who are currently doing this, but also those who will do it in the future. I thank you and I support this true Statement."
