    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank all the hon. Members who have supported this Motion. I have noted all the issues that they raised. I may not be able to address all of them because of the time. The Chair of the Departmental Committee on Lands and Natural Resources talked about issues of governance, transparency and accountability in the management of water delivery services within the board. I want to assure the House that we will continue to address this issue using the water sector reforms that we have put in place."
