    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that there was a bigger allocation for this constituency. What I have not told the House is that the Government built a dam in this constituency, and completed it. Everything was ready but some people went to court to stop the use of that dam. So, we are still waiting for the court to give a go-ahead for that dam to be used. I wish the hon. Member could assist our Ministry in getting rid of that case, so that his constituents can start benefitting from the water in that dam."
