    "content": "She worked in Kilifi but she resides in Siaya. That is the information that I have. I have no business in misleading the House. However, the Constitution of Kenya, in Article 27, provides for equality and freedom from discrimination. Every person is equal before the law and has a right to equal protection and benefit of the law. Equality includes full and equal enjoyment of all rights and fundamental freedoms. Women and men have the right to equal treatment, including the right to equal opportunities in political, economic, cultural and social spheres. The state shall not discriminate directly or indirectly against any person on any grounds, including race, sex, marital status, health status, ethnic, social origin, colour or age."
