The Cabinet Secretary and His Excellency the President have occasionally been saying that no student should be sent home because of lack of school fees. Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that students are sent home regularly because of lack of school fees? This is happening in my constituency. What measures has the Ministry put in place to ensure compliance with those instructions so that students are not sent home?"
