    "content": "The environment is very important to all of us. The starting point is to request the President and the Coalition Government to give this Ministry all the political and material support. The President should enhance the mandate of this Ministry. We have the Minister for Environment and Mineral Resources and another one for the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife. Therefore, they cannot co-ordinate issues to do with the environment. There is always an overlap of mandates between the two Ministries. Since I know Mr. Michuki, I would like him to use his office to ensure that this is refined further, so that the Minister for Environment has a mandate including that of forests, which now falls under another docket."
