"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I appreciate Waziri for the answers that he has given. However, I want to notify him that I asked the Question on the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) because the Ministry had built classrooms in different schools before he came in. Most of those classrooms were done in an unusable manner. For example, Lavington Girls’ Secondary School has storeyed classrooms without stairs. The standards of those classrooms do not match what we are doing. We have to remove their roofs to fit into the others. There is also Dagoretti Mixed Secondary School that also did upstairs classrooms that were left hanging. Therefore, nobody uses them. They are just hanging there. We are wondering whether to bring them down. Therefore, we are facing those challenges. Because we have to do a report, I wish the Ministry to assist us before we bring them down. An engineer or a public works person will have to do a report to ensure we are not questioned when we do it. Unfortunately, we are unable to level the buildings and make the classrooms usable The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor"
