There is a difference between the United States of America, Washington DC, and Haiti. I know they may not have the geography of the world, but I have been to Washington DC with the Leader of the Minority Party. I know he knows where Washington DC is. Hon. Clive might not have been to Washington DC and, therefore, might imagine Washington DC in the United States and Haiti are one and the same place, and is a village in Nyamira. It is not. It is not."
