    "content": "Therefore, I reject this Bill as it is not the right one. They have to look for another way out. I am just wondering what happens when an employee has an emergency while at home. Are they not supposed to contact the employer? If employees have to be only contacted during working hours, does it mean that they are not supposed to engage the employer when they have an emergency? This Bill will not make life easy for the employer and the employee. I reject it in the strongest terms possible."
