    "content": "Secondly, I am told the sponsor of the Bill is a young person unlike the old folk like us here. I thought young people have weaned themselves of this retrogressive and outdated mentality that working hours are fixed. We have seen the Kenya Kwanza Government and Uhuru Kenyatta government push towards digital economy, and we practised during Corona time where there were no fixed working hours. All that is required is delivery. All that is measurable is output."
