    "content": "We will be fully informed, while seized of any petition that this matter is either before a competent court of law or tribunal. Therefore, we will not run into the risk of sub judice. Finally, this Bill tidies up the procedures of petitions in this House. We will help expedite the processing of every public petition. There will be no delay and challenge to any petitioner because the procedures will be clear. I thank the Mover of this Bill who is my senior, Hon. David Ochieng’. He was very articulate and spot on in making the points that deserve to be mentioned whenever a Mover moves a Bill."
