I request this House to hasten the process of moving it to the next stage, so that Kenyans can access and petition Parliament in a manner that makes it easier not only for the petitioners but also for us, as Parliament, to deal with their petitions. I believe that these amendments are meant to make the work of Parliament easier and resolve Kenyans’ issues in a timely manner."
