    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to comment about the FM radio weather stations, which are being installed in every region. Embu, which is the headquarters of Eastern Province, and the areas within its periphery, survive on rain water. There is very little that is taking place. There is very little we can achieve if we do not know the weather pattern. We cannot know about the weather pattern if we do not have a station that will be able to broadcast in the local languages that are understood by farmers."
