    "content": "It is the exact reason why many Kenyans believe that having more children ensures a greater financial security for the family in old age. For instance, many are deceived into thinking that if they have 12 children, that means that they have access to 12 bank accounts that they can withdraw from without question or excuse later in life. Though we are happy to support our elderly family members because of the sweat that they put into raising us, I still wish to reiterate that children should not be a retirement plan. Counties must execute their mandate."
