    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No. 53 (1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget regarding the reservation by the County Government of Bungoma on procurement opportunities for the youth, women and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). In the Statement the Committee should- (1) Provide a list of all tenders awarded by the county government to the youth, women and PWDs in the financial years 2022/2023, 2023/2024 stating their respective areas of specialty and address. (2) Provide a breakdown of the total procurement expenditure at the county government for Financial Year 2017/2018 to date indicating the proportion paid to the youth, women and PWDs.
