    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations on repatriation of Kenyan refugees from Ethiopia. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) State the exact number of Kenyans who previously lived in Bada Hurri and Dukana in North Horr Constituency of Marsabit County, but fled to Dilo and Magado in Ethiopia due to ethnic conflict in 2013. (2) Indicate whether there are plans by the Government to repatriate the said refugees, and if so, indicate the projected timelines for the same.
