    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, yesterday morning, I was visited by the current British High Commissioner in Kenya to exchange views on these matters. I was very happy to learn from him that the British Prime Minister will be coming to Copenhagen with a proposal that the world must spend not less 100 billion dollars a year in the next 20 years to ameliorate the dangers that arise from the path that the environment has taken. So, we too want to be there with our programmes. We shall also incorporate other Ministries; the Ministry of Energy with the wind power, geothermal and all those other initiatives that will help to reverse the trends that are now being witnessed all over the world."
