Mungatana said: we do not need a lawyer, just someone who understands the basics to ensure we have a strong mediation committee that will offer permanent solutions. It is shameful that 60 years down the line, we are discussing boundaries in this country. It is high time that we devised a permanent solution to ensure Kenyans live peacefully and coexist just like brothers and sisters. Madam Temporary Speaker, now that my issues have not been addressed, I wish to strongly oppose this Bill until my concerns are addressed"
