    "content": " Yes. We have public participation in the budget-making process and the same should apply to the Medium-Term Debt Management Strategy (MTDMS). In the recommendations, we have stated that we will have a schedule of what we intend to do with the Budget. We should also bring a schedule of what we have accomplished with the debt we took in the last budget and the returns. This is the only way we can have a meaningful approach to debt management.
