    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to second this Bill. The Chairman has clearly touched on all that we agreed on as a Committee. We took time on this Bill. We gave enough time to the public to bring their recommendations and fears. They directed us. In conclusion, we agreed that if this Bill goes forward, it will contradict many existing laws. For purposes of harmony and running those departments in a coordinated way, we better give another opportunity to the concerned to do their homework well because we now have the information. As a Committee, we have agreed to inform the rest of the membership of this House that we reject this Bill for the time being so that we can work on it in the future."
