    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Rindikiri and Hon. Temporary Speaker. Climate change is a serious threat to food production. The Government should support crops which are resistant to climate change or drought. The Kenyan Government can support cotton production by coming up with cotton varieties that are resistant to climate change. Climate change is affecting households in semi-arid areas, and cotton production will go a long way in ensuring that those households generate income. I support the Bill and congratulate Hon. Emaase."
