    "content": "Furthermore, with reference to National Treasury’s commitment to the Senate vide a letter Ref.TNT/ZZ/81/014/E974 dated 19th May, 2023, an additional amount of Kshs9.98 billion be allocated to the fund as partial payment for outstanding arrears. The cumulative allocation to the fund should, therefore, be Kshs17.832,814,725. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I conclude, I wish to thank the stakeholders who submitted written memoranda as well as physically appearing before the committee. I also take this opportunity to commend the Members of the committee for their devotion and commitment to course of delivering this in time. I also thank hon.
