    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.111(1), that debate on the question of the Report of the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget on the 2024 Budget Policy Statement be limited to four minutes for each Senator while contributing. The reason is that this report has a statutory deadline. Members, you will recall that we had to move an extension of one week. We must vote on it today. Given that many Senators will want to speak on the same, I think the fair thing to do is to allow all of us to speak, but at a limited time. I propose four minutes.
