    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. On the onset, I support this Motion on the BPS brought by the Committee on Finance and Budget. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we must call out the National Assembly because this Financial Year of 2024 /2025, the national budget will be Kshs3.7 trillion.
