    "content": "I am proposing to the Committee to implement the last mile in the water sector, just as they have done with REREC. We must come up with a fund with an approximate budget of Ksh14 billion where each constituency gets about Ksh50 million for the last mile water project. Consequently, the cost of health care will be reduced as families will have access to safe and clean water."
