"content": "The focus of the budget in terms of production, agricultural sectors, housing and health care is welcome because that is what will propel us to where we want to go as a nation. As I support, I would like to propose that we look at the Equalisation Fund differently. We have many slums in Nairobi where the quality of life is worse than that of the people who are living in the rural areas. We need to look at how we are going to allocate more funds so that we can uplift the lives of the people who are living in the slums.
