    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Government has not attached Mr. Devani’s properties, because up to now we are not sure we are to blame. We cannot attach the properties. Property that was in our custody, but which belonged to other people, disappeared. This was exactly the mistake of our people. These people are being taken to court. We have to establish whether the quantities being claimed by the other parties that have gone to court are correct or not. So, there is a big process going on. So, it is not prudent to proceed and attach the properties of Mr. Devani."
