"content": "16) THAT, by 30th April 2024, the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury and Economic Planning submits a detailed report on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects to the National Assembly. This report should address the shortcomings identified in the 2024 BPS by providing comprehensive information on the nature, scope and status of individual PPP initiatives. 17) THAT, before finalisation of the FY 2024/25 budget estimates, the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury and Economic Planning transfers the resources previously being utilised by the Government Delivery Services from the Office of the Prime Cabinet Secretary, Vote 1013, to the State Department for Performance and Delivery Management where the service is currently domiciled."
